I gotta give it to you guys. I’m a full time mechanic and also build project vehicles. I got projects 24/7 but my sleds are my favourite priority. I right now have 9. 90s Polaris, 1 60s polaris mustang and a ski doo rv from 1976( my dads first sled pretty much). 3-4 at a time are the daily’s that I try to get 500-1000+ miles down a year on them. Every sled was a 300-800$ fix up and coming from Ontario Canada they have seen the harshness of salt and road running in poor snow conditions. I work a lot of hours from September to march on these sleds, mostly by my self l. and spend lots of coin. But I will never be in the ball park of your sleds. I try and it just won’t be. They make air hammer bits for bucking rivets , the little end of the rivet is where the backing pin is held , much tighter

Looks good! just a suggestion, you should get a set of coolers from a 98 XC 700, the coolers also work as tunnel protectors. With the turbo the sled will need more cooling...
