Dont forget to add a bumpstop to your rear suspension, to prevent those bigger tires from rubbing the wheel well during full flex! I used two hocky pucks, bolted to the bottom soring seat in my 2002 KJ, but i feel like i actually need to add another ine to the stack!

Hmmm, 15 inch wheels. That would give a little more tire and possibly cheaper. I have 16 inch on mine and previously had 245/75-16 load range E and they rubbed when turning sharply. Nice Jeep though.

That is a great donar for the 650. The ACCS wis a great system for the huge elevation changes we have as long as the bellows doesn't go bad. My 97 rmk had a bad bellows so I deleted it and just jetted for 9000.

xtra 10 wedge RMK tunnel, vs 121 wedge tunnel. i look over the undercarriage bolts. look for any cracks around foot well. i'v seen them cracked. also the jack shaft bearing triangle. i'v seen those old collar bearings with hex key fail. lock up. and take out the tunnel. $2500 nice deal. Triple Triple.

The reason I’m writing is that I am looking for a manifold for my machine and I was wondering if you or someone you know might have one for sale. I asking you because I trust you and I have found d out the hard way recently that you can’t trust people very much as I was ripped off $500 when I last tried to buy a set of purple plastic skies for my sled. Thank you in advance for letting me know.

Nice shop, nice sleds you have Todd. I always have big eyes for these old iron... especially the super junk ones...I get caught up in saving them. Most nights I spend changing out jack shaft bearings and recovering seats...rebuilding motors....sending out cranks, track replacements...it is nice every once in a while to have a cherry like this xlt, where the work you put in is just the fun stuff (less rusted, knuckle busting labor 😂)....Good to see you still getting it done! About time we get a little update! What day is Princeton? Maybe I can make it it's a short drive for me. Also any part #s on that turbo I might try to find one for my sled be easier than doing an oiling system..
