Hello, I hope you are well, I always watch your channel, I have a problem with my 2015 Polaris 900 S, I accelerate it and it chokes, I was changing the spark plugs and the coit, they put a fuel pump in but I think it is defective, when I think it is just a piston running, when I accelerate it doesn't move forward it chokes me. Have you checked the seat belt sensor? If the belt is not engaged or the internal switch isn't working, it will hold the engine back.
