Great video. Do you know if there is a check valve anywhere? I’m getting some ‘back and forth’ on the front and back brake levers so if I step on one I can feel the other want to come up. My solution so far is wire tie the rear brake down the. I just use the front and it works ok. Thanks

Tried everything? What about welding a bolt to the broken one and unbolt it or drilling it out and using an easy out?

I'm looking at getting this exact four-wheeler. The brake caliper system is there except for the mounting bracket do you know where I might find one

Hey man do you know anything about the 1996 polaris sportsman rear brake set up? It only has one brake line and bleeder unlike yours but I cant seem to get the foot pedal to get any resistance. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Sometimes your little cylinder can be bad or you need to try to force the fluid backward through the bleeder valve to the reservoir it sounds like it might still have air or your little brake cylinder is bad they're pretty cheap on eBay and when your bleeding those brakes you just got to just like tether just barely hit is fast the pedal to get the air out if I have any question I gently just buy a new cylinder so then I know I'm not working with a bad cylinder which will drive you nuts
