Your tutorial videos are my favorite. You really know how to break down the steps in a way that just clicks, and I really appreciate how you explain common mistakes as well as *why* the mistakes are counterproductive. Just one suggestion: can you also show how you get into the poses on spinning pole at the end? Thanks again for the tutorials - please make more! Your Stargazer video helped me nail mine!

Could you maybe explain where the press point of the inner arm is supposed to be? I just can't let go of the lower leg, so basically the last step to Libellula. I'm holding myself mostly with that leg and I think my press point on the inside arm might be wrong because as soon as I stretch the leg I just slomp down to the floor^^ do you have any hints maybe? :}
