You can't enforce your way out of dire economic conditions. Hawaii doesn't have the prison space, nor the money, to ship inmates to do their time in poorly run private prisons. The problem is way more complex and nuanced than book 'em Danno...

It's not just waianae with the problem, it's all over the island. It's so hard these days to live, to support a family. There's more gangs here cuz no police like do nothing abt so when we have to guard r ohana yall say we wrong and we go to jail and the druggie gets slap on hands and gets let goto beg, barrow, or steal , but we r wrong. If u say it's so bad here then get big help dnt just talk abt it cause u on TV. Do it but after us u need to continue down the road cause all ur gonna do is push em to the next town. Good luck

1st u gotta deal with the poverty, our ohanas have to be on welfare or 3 jobs just to live or even live with ohana. 2. Drugs. If u got the rt help for the ppl and insured them. 3. Affordable. Quit saying " AFFORDABLE HOUSING for who ??? U, ya maybe but not for the low income. U dnt make it easy for them. GO LIVE THE WAY A TRUE HOMESTEAD LIVES FOR A WEEK. Then tell me if they can afford an affordable housing.
