@@PoliPopo … would love a dive into the compatibility with usb interface to control mix, faders, etc. if possible Their tutorial video looked like the mixer was not actually altering the faders on screen, but only sonically. Still some digging i need to do on this topic.

Yo Poli I'm thankful for your vids and up to the point where you drag the Synth folder over , you showed every step, but then I didn't see where you got this drive that you dragged the folder onto, how do I get to this drive to drag the folder onto, I've got the folder up now. Always helpful 👍 But you know what they’re still missing from all these updates? The ability to select different plugin sounds per sequence. So if say you have plugin 1 on sequence 1 with a bass sound, when using that same plugin on a different sequence, it should be possible to select a different sound. Just like how you can change sounds on external midi synths using a program change.

I remember noticing in the preferences the program change is not checked maybe that’s why I’m curious to what is it enabled I wonder if it’s possible could you program changes within those plug-ins?

If you are running el capitain 10.12.6 it won’t work high Sierra or newer is the way 2 go

I followed everything in the vid successfully got the update up and running but those vst aren't running and yes I did drag on to my drive like you did. Did I do something wrong or am I missing something? cause the files do pop up but only the stock plug-ins are there nothing else.

Hi @Poli Popo Tx for your great videos. I see you drag the synth content folder in the hard drive. In my MPC X, I can see the harddrive in windows when it's connected and in controller mode, but when I try to drag a folder in (like you did) it's waaaaay too slow for the folder to copy. For other content, I used to get my drive out of my MPC, connect it to my laptop and copy the stuff on it and put the hard drive back in my MPC again, but you seem to be able to drag and drop. How can I do that too? What's the secret for that?

Honestly I just tried it and it worked 💯 The live 2 gave me some trouble… But yeah it did take a while up to 30% and then it took off pretty quick. Oh I would think a USB why you did it worked just fine though
