Yes you truly are Polish. This is exactly how we use to eat pierogi. Sautéed onion, sour cream and fried in butter. We also had celery sticks with ours. Yum 😋 From Pennsylvania

Hi from SoCal ... originally from CT. and let me tell you they don't really know what they are out here, we can only find the boxed frozen kind and they just don't cut it for me. I'm a new subscriber and I'm definitely going to try and make these. Question for you, when I make the potatoes for the filling is it just cooked mashed potatoes, or mashed like with butter and milk, salt and pepper?
