When she said to KNOW him that’s real......I was an atheist for like ten years. I could not bring myself to believe god because of all the evil in the world. If he is almighty and all this why doesn’t he just change everything with the snap of a finger right??? Then boom he came to me!!! Of course not in the flesh but the spirit had over taken my whole mind and body and all the reasons why I didn’t believe became minuscule! I tried to grab my phone to record the Moment because it was so unreal and god said NO this is OUR moment. This thing is personal!! You asked for me to reveal myself and here I’am! I cry every time I tell the story or write the story because his mercy is undeniable. Thank you is all I can say. I talked about god so bad I’m shamed to say all the things I’ve said as an atheist but he seen my heart he knew the love I had but lacked the understanding! He knew what I needed to believe he fed my hungry!!! Thank you Jesus thank you!!!!

The church bit made me want to cry. I know what it's like to be torn apart by church members to a point where you even question whether GOD cares. God bless you for your comment, but I just want to caution you to be careful to not paint the whole body of Christ with such a wide brush. If anything, for me and so many other young beautiful women, Meagan is such a gracious voice for people IN the body of Christ who have dealt with such hardship and scrutiny from others who claim to be Christian but yet are so effortlessly bitter, cold, or just void of the genuine Spirit of the Lord and His love for others (aka the facade of church culture). For her genuine heart to pursue Christ and godly marriage, she’s actually a MAJOR inspiration and hope for many in the Body of Christ, it’s just that the bigotry and ignorance of a few has a voice that is far louder than need be. What a beautiful prayer @Laterras. I pray for Megan Good's heart and her journey of healing. She knows God is her source of healing and life. It's beautiful to see that she is allowing God to order her step. Jeremiah 10:23...and how she wants to honor God and want His best in her life. Matthew 5:3' "Happy are those conscious of their spiritual need." Proverbs 27:11- "Make my heart rejoice" I'm so impressed with this series "These Dating Streets" It just keeps getting better! This was so good!!! I love that Holy Spirit was all up in this thang!!!..... I could feel Megan's hurt and her growth!! I have been through some church hurt more than once & divorce and I know that place she is at. It's not a easy journey, the cool thing is that God ALWAYS allows His shine to overpower everything! Nothing will dim His light when there is RELATIONSHIP!!! SHINE ON TO YOU ALL!! YES TO THIS EPISODE!!! ......Thank you Laterras for providing a platform of this form.
