Yours turned out great! I had the same design idea in mine with the graduating sizes of the dots. I used different size dowels and my template was a sheet of plexiglass that I used a drill press to drill holes into and the holes were snug enough that I didn't need a bottom template as the dowels were held straight. A 3D printer would have made that process a lot faster as the whole prep process took a long time. I did run out of time so my end soap that I submitted wasn't the greatest, but if I had time to do another take I would have had the process down and would have had a better result, but I did enjoy the technique. Also my colors didn't have a lot of contrast (light yellow and light green) so I think darkening up the green would have helped a lot. I'm still pretty much a beginner as my entry was my 13th ever batch (batch 12 was my first fail and my first attempt at the polka dots... I looked at the wrong number when measuring coconut oil so I had a lye heavy batch that I had to rebatch so they would be at least usable lol. Yours look amazing and I believe yours was one I voted for. :)

Pls I am a newbie just wondering, the white batter how come, was it not supposed to be part of the main soap, why was it still on the light traced mode while you have unmolded the main soap, were thy mix separately

You're correct, the white portion was made as a totally separate mini batch of soap, one day after the red portion was made and allowed to fully set up.
