That's sucks that you guys experienced that but at least you got your money back. You should totally check out the cabin we stayed at in Wears Valley called "Cabin Fever" on June Bug Way. It cost us around 450 I think for 2 nights. It's absolutely amazing! It says it's 1 bedroom but it sleeps 6 because there's a murphy bed and a sofa sleeper. It's 2 floors with a beautiful wooden spiral staircase and has decks surrounding 3 sides of the cabin on both floors(hot tub on lower deck). And the view of the mountains is spectacular.

So is the price you pay doing KZbin lol. We’ve had great experiences at cabins in this area. But in looking for something that fit the parameters we needed sometimes quality is comprised. Our next few cabin stays will be stark contrast to this experience. Thanks for watching Troy!

We rented a cabins USA this past summer six of us all together other than it being worn it was clean but It had a washer and dryer on it and I did wash the Coverings for the sleeper sofa and it took for ever because the settings on the washer and dryer would not work you just had to go with what they had it set at

We stay in a little house in Sevierville . It's not fancy but it is clean. Has everything we need and it's pet friendly. It's called The Flying Piggy. We never pay more than $1200. For a week.

So sorry that happened to your family and for both nights. Awesome customer service that you received a full refund without even asking. Glad your family could enjoy some time in that hot tub. That was a busy area for a cabin location. One time we rented a cabin that was way up a mountain somewhere behind Dollywood. The cabins were right on top of each other but the view was spectacular. The cabin was very nice so we didn't have any complaints with it. Neighbors across the road from us partied until late in the night. Where we live is so much quieter than that cabin was with the partying neighbors!

That is the best policy. We’ve had places we’ve been staying for years before we moved here so it’s been a long time since we had to go check a room or cabin before sealing the deal. No problem on our end… part of what we do! Thanks for watching!

Apart from the sofa situation . Had you not needed to pull the sofa out it seems you would have like it . So if the sofa was clean and usable what would you have rated your stay there . I would have complained to management as well and It was really nice of them to give a full refund . You are so lucky to live in the area . I live in Lancaster county , Pa. and I would be in the tough stop of trying to find another place to park my head for the night . It so great that you do these videos for us . Thanks again .

Sorry for your experience and inconvenience but they need to have people after housekeeping come and go over the place with a fine tooth comb as much as some of them cost, we go through Cabins USA and have never had a problem that couldn't be fixed . That cabin rental and Mgmt was horrible, those issues shouldn’t have been there to begin with. That’s no way to treat people when they spend their $$$ staying there. Mgmt should be embarrassed.

It's sad the quality of these places doesn't match the quantity you pay for it. We had looked into cabins 30 years ago, but went the resort ownership direction, which back then was treated as here's what we have to offer, and then, an actual sales review. Eventually we invested in 3 different places. 2 of these locations have remained very good over the years, but sadly, the third turned into a monster about 10 years ago, because we foolishly bought into points, which we have since abandoned. we own in NH and in Va. and these will be kept. What you had to deal with was unacceptable. I hope your video here will make this place deal with this. It's sad that there have been so many bad issues with cabins. We've had very, very few issues when at a resort, BUT, take note: Stay away from any 'resort information meetings' aka high pressure sales. We've always stay at Gatlinburg Town Square resort up the street from the Space needle.
