Yum. Luv how you bite half of the tortilla.. no prissy bite there.. I need more potatoes.. going to give your recipe a try. You should use that cast iron skillet as a platillo to roast your Chiles instead of the cooling rack. Plus use the skillet as well for your tortillas.. I like your square dutch pan.
