Hi Drew, I have a PolySync 20 but the default setting sounds a bit too boomy for me, I have the Poly app downloaded on my personal computer so I’ve changed it to ‘bright’ setting but when I use it on my company laptop the boomy effect is still there. Does the setting reset itself when connected to a new PC? I can’t download the app on my work laptop due to tech restriction so it’s a little annoying to have to hear the boomy sound which affects the clarify of speech.

I would like to hear if the mic does catch your typing sound whilst on the call.

It will. But if you add neep.com noise canceling software it will be your best bet to avoid the caller hearing typing while talking.

I think you forgot to switch the audio to the Poly Sync 10 from your recording equipment at 3:28? Do you have a video or article on your video recording audio setup?

Hi Coire, after looking back it does look like the audio was correct and coking from the Sync 10. We don’t have a video or article on our Video setup but that’s a great idea for us to create.
