I'm putting a built LS4 from a Monte Carlo SS into my '88. That much power in something so light is going to be STUPID. :D

The most common one in Fieros is the 3800 and 3800SC, but LS swaps are common too. I saw someone do the first KA swapped Fiero ever a few weeks ago, that was impressive but not something I'd consider myself. There was also a guy who did a Mitsubishi swap into a Fiero (basically hijacked the driveline from a turbo Eclipse). Where there's a will there's a way, man. @@mikethecargeek

Stupid and smart all in one. I met a guy years ago that swapped in a 2nd gen LT1 ('93-'97) with a supercharger in an '88 GT.......car was awesome! good luck with your build.

That’s how I feel about working a 13b into a Fiero chassis. Not stupidly huge HP but light enough that it definitely makes the difference.

The older Cadillac 4.1 4.5 4.9 engine is actually the easiest V8 to swap into a fiero and makes enough power to make it scoot pretty well

Anyone know how to mount a normal LS to a 4t60e? I only find info on the ls4 but they’re pretty expensive for a motor that is only used for very few projects lol

You know what I’ve always wondered? Why Pontiac never put their 1.8 turbo 4-cylinder in the fiero. It would’ve been cheap enough, pretty quick, and have met the fuel economy they wanted.
