බක් මහේ අලුත් අවුරුද්දට මලින් හැඩවුණ ගස්කොලන් වෙසක් මාසෙ වෙද්දි පරිස්සමට වගේ හුලඟට පැද්දෙන්නෙ බරටම පලත් දරාගන, හරියට අපේ අම්මලා වගේ. නිතරම හමන හුලඟත් එක්ක ගස් වල කොලත් හරි හරියට සිරික්කිය.ඒ පහස අපේ ඇගේ පතේ වේදනාව නිවන්නෙ හරියට තම්බපු වෙනිවැල් වතුර ටිකක් වගේ. ඉස්සර මැයි මාසෙ ලං වෙනකොට මටයි මල්ලිටයි ඉස්පාසුවක් නෑ.. උදේ වරුවේ සරුංගල් හදාගෙන පහල තියෙන වෙලට ගියාම ගෙදර එන්නේ හැන්දෑ වෙලා. ඒ දවස්වලට ඉතිං දවල්ට හරි හමං කෑමකුත් නෑ.. අම්මා බනිනවා ඉතිං.. හැබැයි ගහලානම් නෑ කවදාවත්😍 අම්මෝ ඒකටත් එක්ක තාත්තා..😂 අතීතය හැමදාමත් හරි ආදරණීයයි නේද?❤️ ඕනම මනුස්සයෙක් මේ ලෝකෙට බිහිවෙන්නේ පණ තියෙන හැමෝම වෙනුවෙන් යහපතක් කරන්න විතරයි කියලා මම තදින් විශ්වාස කරනවා. මොකද මේ දුර්ලභ මනුෂ්‍යය ජීවිතයෙන් කයින් වචනයෙන් විතරක්ම නෙවෙයි සිතිනුත් අසීමිතව යහපත කල හැකි එකම පුද්ගලයා මිනිසා විතරයි. දවසක මේ දීර්ඝ කටුක සසරෙන් එතෙරවෙලා නිවිලා යන්නට මගපෙන්වන්නෙත්, නිවිලා යන්නෙත් එවන් සුන්දර මිනිස්සුම තමයි❤ කලින් දවසෙ ඉදන්ම උයාගන ලක ලෑස්ති උනේ වෙසක් පෝයට ගමේ අය වෙනුවෙන් මගෙ අත් දෙකෙන්ම මට පුලුවන් දෙයක් කරන්නයි. කොහොමත් මේක අපි හැමෝටම හරි අමාරැ කාලයක්නේ. අපිට පුලු පුලුවන් විදිහට හැමදාම අනුන් ගැන හොයලා බලන්න ඕනෑ. උදෙන්ම බුද්ධ පූජාවත් තියලා බත් පැකට් ටික බඳින්න ලෑස්ති වෙද්දි තමයි පල්ලෙහා ගෙදර පොඩි නංගිත් උදව්වට ආවේ. කෙසෙල් කොලේ බැන්දම බත් ටිකනම් පුදුම සුවදයි. අපිත් ඉක්මනින් බත් ටිකක් කාලා යද්දි තාත්තා ඉඩම කොනේ ලොකු ගහක් යට පුංචි මැස්සකුත් හදලා තිබුනා. බත් ටික තියලා අපි ගෙදර එද්දි සකියා වෙලේ පැනලා හොදටම මඩ නෑවා. ඇත්තමයි මී හරක් පැටියෙක් වගේ 😂🐕 කලින් දවසෙ මල්ලියි මායි බට කපාගන ඇවිත් වෙසක් කූඩූ ගොඩක් බැන්දා. වෙසක් කූඩු හදලා බුදු රජාණන් වහන්සේ වෙනුවෙන් ආමිස පුජාවන් ඉටු කලත් ඒ වෙසක් කුඩුවම අපිට ප්‍රතිපත්ති පුජාවටත් උපනිෂ්‍රයක් කරගන්නට පුලුවන්. අටපට්ටමේ ත්‍රිකෝණ අටෙන් අටලෝ දහම ගැන තමයි කියන්නෙ... ත්‍රිකෝණ අට සමබරව තියෙන්න ඕන.නැත්තම් අටපට්ටම ඇද වෙනවා. අපේ ජීවිතයත් එහෙම තමයි. අටලෝ දහමෙ එකක් හෝ වැඩිපුර ඇසුරු කරන්න ගියොත් ජීවිතය සමබර නොවී යනවා. මැදින් තියෙන ඉටිපන්දම තමයි අපේ හිත. හොඳ ඉටිපන්දමේ ආලෝකය වැඩියි. කෙලෙස් අඩු සිතත් ඒ වගෙම තමයි. ඉටිපන්දම ත්‍රිකෝණ වල නොගෑවී තියෙන්න ඕන. එතකොට තමයි ලස්සනට තියෙන්නෙ. අටලෝ දහමට කම්පා නොවී ජීවත් වෙනවා නම් ඒ ජීවිතයත් ඒ වගෙම ලස්සනයි..🌻 අටපට්ටමේ රැලි නිසා ලස්සනක් තිබුණත් ඒකම තමයි අටපට්ටමට විනාසය ගෙනත් දෙන්නෙ. හුලං හමද්දි සමබරතාව නැති වෙන්නෙ මේ රැලි නිසා. එතකොට ඉටිපන්දම වටේ ගෑවිලා ගිනි ගන්නවා. මේ රැලි වලින් කියන්නෙ අපි අපේ ජිවිත වල තණ්හාව ඇති කරගෙන ඉන්න දේවල්. අපි අල්ලගෙන ඉන්න දේවල්. ඒවා නිසා තමයි ජීවිතය සමබර නොවෙන්නෙ. ඒ දේවල් තමයි අපිට දුකක් ගෙන දෙන්නෙත්. ලස්සනට සව්කොල අලවලා , රැලි දාලා ගොඩක් ලස්සන විදිහට අටපට්ටම හැදුවත් අවසානයේ වෙන්නෙ ගිනි ගෙන අලු වෙලා යන එක. සියලු දේ නැති වෙන ස්වභාවයෙන් යුක්තයි කියලා තමයි මේ සොබාදහම අපට කියා දෙන්නේ. අපේ ජීවිතයත් මේ වගේම තමයි. හොඳින් ඉගෙන ගෙන , ගෙවල් හදලා , යාන වාහන අරගෙන , විවාහ වෙලා , හොඳ රැකියාවක් කරලා කොච්චර ලස්සන විදිහට හිටියා කිව්වත් අවසානයේ සියල්ල නැති වෙලා යනවා. පොඩි බබාලා ගොඩක් ආසාවෙන් තමයි ඉන්නෙ මේ අටපට්ටම් වලට.ඒ දරුවන්ට කුඩා කාලයේ ඉදලම කියලා දෙන්න ඕන මෙන්න මේ ස්වභාවය. එතනින් තමයි ජීවිතයේ යතාර්ථය අවබෝධ කරගන්න පොඩි වයසේ ඉදන්ම පටන් ගැනෙන්නෙ...🌸🌸 නෙලුම් මල් දෙක නම් හැදුවෙ තාත්තා තමයි.මල්ලිත් ලස්සනට කුඩු තුනක්ම ලස්සන කරා. ඉතුරු උනු කූඩු ටික මම දැන් තමයි අලවන්න ගත්තේ. ලස්සන ලස්සන මල්, පොත් අස්සේ දාලා වේලන එක පොඩි කාලේ ඉදන්ම මගෙ පුරුද්දක්. ඉතින් එහෙම වේලපු මල්, කොල වලින් තමයි මම වෙසක් කූඩු දෙකක් ලස්සන කරේ. බලන්නකො වේලුනාට පාට ඒ විදියටම තියෙනවා නේද?😍 කලින් දවස් ටිකේම හවස් වෙද්දි වැස්සත්, අදනම් අපිටම කියාපු වෙසක් වගේ හොදටම පෑව්වා. අම්මයි තාත්තයි පහන් පත්තු කරද්දි මල්ලියි මමයි කුඩු ටික පත්තු කරලා එල්ලුවා. පන්සලේ ඈතින් හීන් හඩින් ඇහෙන පිරිත් සද්දෙත් එක්ක අපේ ගෙදරත් මට දැනුනෙ පන්සලක් වගේ. මම වැඩිපුරම වෙලා අරගෙන ලස්සනටම හදපු කූඩුව ගිනිගෙන දැවිලා යන්නේ අපිට මේ ජීවිතේ අනියත බව වගේම නොඇලි මිදි නිදහස් විමේ මගත් එලිපෙහෙලි කරදෙන ගමන්මයි කියලා ඒ දිහා උපේක්ෂාවෙන් බලන් ඉන්න මට හිතුනා..🌻🌻 සොබාදහමට ලං වෙන්න. ඒ දහම දැක සැනසී නිවි යන්න..🌾🌾 තෙරැවන් සරණයි ආදරණිය පුර්ණා ❤

During the month of Vesak, the flowering plants of the Buck Mahe New Year swing carefully in the wind, carrying heavy fruits, just like our mothers. With the constant breeze. In the past, when the month of May approached, my brother and I making kites, When we make kites in the morning and go down field, we come home in the evening. In those days we missed our lunch .. Mom scolds me .. but never beat me up 😍 The past is always lovely isn't it? I strongly believe that any human being is born into this world only to do good for all living beings. Because this rare human being is the only person in life who can do infinite good not only with Cain's word but also with his mind. It is such a beautiful man who will one day guide you through this long bitter saga and go to Nibbana. From the previous day I was prepared to making cook meals ready with my own hands for the people of the village for the Vesak Poya. Anyway, this is a very difficult time for all of us. We need to look out for others every day as much as we can. When I was getting ready to making the rice packets after leaving the Buddha Pooja in the morning, next door little sister came downstairs to help. The rice wrapped in banana leaf tastes amazing. While we were eating some rice quickly, Dad had made a small fly under a big tree in the corner of the land. The day before, my brother and I had cut the reeds and tied a lot of Vesak lanterns. Even if we make Vesak lanterns and perform Amisa Poojas for the Lord Buddha, we can still use that Vesak lantern as a subtext for the principles of buddhism. The Atalo Dhamma is about the eight triangles of the octagon ... The eight triangles must be balanced or the octagon will be drawn. So it is with our lives. If you associate with one or more of the Atalo dhama, life will become unbalanced. The candle in the middle is our mind. A good candle is too bright. The same is true of the less defiled mind. The candle should not be lit in triangles. That's when it's beautiful. If you live your life without being disturbed by the Atalo Dhamma, that life will be just as beautiful..🌻 Although it is beautiful due to the wrinkles of the octagon, it is the only one that brings destruction to the octagon. These ripples cause the air to lose its balance. Then wrap it around the candle and light it. These waves are the things that keep us greedy in our lives. The things we hold on to. They are the reason why life is not balanced. Those are the things that make us sad. The octopus is beautifully glued and corrugated, but in the end it burns to ashes. Nature tells us that everything is perishable. Our life is like this. No matter how well-educated you are, how you build a house, how you buy a car, get married, and get a good job, you end up losing everything. Little babies are very fond of these octopuses. These children need to be taught this nature from an early age. That is where realizing the reality of life begins at an early age ... The two lotus flowers were made by my father. I just glued the remaining cages. It's been my habit since I was a child to put beautiful flowers under books and dry them. So I decorated two Vesak lanterns with dried flowers and leaves. Look, Veluna has the same color, right? The previous few days it was raining in the evening and it rained like Vesak. While Mom and Dad were lighting the lamps, my brother and I lit the wesak lanterns and hung it. Our house felt like a temple to me with the sound of pirith heard in the distance from the temple. Most of the time, I thought that the most beautifully made cage that I had ever taken would burn down as we unravel the vicissitudes of this life and the way to free the unripe grapes..🌻🌻 Get closer to nature. Take comfort in seeing that Dhamma..🌾🌾 Bless the Triple Gem.

As a Buddhist, I can't tell you how happy I am to see Vesak displayed so beautifully in this one. This past May I went to the Sri Lankan temple near me. Those lanterns are everywhere at that time, I am so excited, I've wanted to see how they're made so I can make my own..your lantern, I've never seen one quite like it WOW! with the dried flowers and vines..too bad it caught on fire, the law of cause and effect and the impermanence of all things. LOL, I also loved the fact you made free food for All during Vesak day, I've noticed in all your videos the way you care for your family, the animals, Like in the Karanya Metta Sutta says, spreading Lovingkindness to ALL beings. Lots of Metta from All your Buddhist friends here in America!
