It's a good song. If it's really saving your life in some way, then that's awesome. Keep feeding off that feeling you get when listening to the song and start taking steps to towards improving what has you hung up. If you don't know the steps to progress past a certain point, then just keeping asking questions until it makes sense. 😊

This is exactly the message I want to give to people battling anxiety and depression, when they feel like they cannot carry on. I was there. It was a Sisyphean hell, and each moment of each day was torture. I eventually pushed through, because I didn't want to hurt my children more than I already had. I came out the other side so grateful that I hadn't given up - I was worth it.
