brilliant! i’ve driven myself crazy, trying several different ways of weaving in my ends, and i always end up with a bulky, yucky-looking mess, with a gaping hole. i’m off to try your method, and i think i might actually finally have some success. thanks!

I love the way you weave in the ends, I’m definitely going to have to start doing that! And the pop of color is so cute…I see myself matching scraps and minis for a pop of color (and not just heels, toes, & cuffs) more often now! ❤

Your tutorial inspired me to try a pop of color on a beanie for my nephew for Xmas. His school colors are black and gold and I'm thinking a pop of gold on an otherwise plain black beanie will be a great touch. Thank you for showing us how to do this!

If you do toe up socks and want to do the pop of color you want to knit one round with the pop of color and then go back to your ribbing pattern. I feel like this weaving in method would be a little more secure than the weaven stephen method. Definitely going to try it! Thanks

I'm sorry if this was already answered/mentioned before, but does the one knit row as a transition between colors, does that count towards the total number of ribbing rows? (19 ribbing + 1 knit row = 20 rows? or 20 rows of rib + 1 knit row for transition between colors?) Or does this even matter?
@CrazySockLady
@CrazySockLady 4 күн бұрын
I count it as one of the rows
