The only thing I don't believe about this is that a bank branch would have that kind of money in it's vault. I would think large transaction like that would need to be ordered in advance. I can't imagine for safety reasons a bank keeps that amount of cash on hand. That's why runs on banks are so scary. Banks don't typically have enough cash at any specific location to cover all their deposits.
