For that price I use boardmix and contextminds with notebookLM, though got BM and CM on lifetime deals. I can embed a notebook LLM chat into a boardmix whiteboard with KZbin videos referenced as a knowledge base and embed a contextmind mind map for brainstorming. I can interact with them in the whiteboard canvas. Also you embed PDF and read them, add audio. boardmix can produce mind map from extracted transcripts (which I do using Merlin) or text or PDF. Can even embed a Descript video project for editing from a storyboard developed on a boardmix whiteboard. Also embed a google doc and use Gemini on it.

Hallo Meredith, I am Lasse from Germany. Currently I am a dual student meaning I part-time study and part-time work. Additionally I have to do my apprenticeship in shipping which is about in 1 month. At the moment, I have vacation of weeks to learn for the exams. I am wondering how much these 1000 credit points are more or less in data? I have about 250 mb of PDFs. I want to ask questions about specific topics which are quite niche which require a certain knowledge with the data I would provide. Also is Poppy able to understand German ? Love the ai tools reviews...really helpful. Does seem a bit too high in price for its category. Descript level pricing of $20 would be a slam dunk. Maybe the co founder will consider some early user discounts?

Yeah we totally get it! We really want to get to that price point. Right now because we are fully bootstrapped and self funded, it’s just a bit tough unfortunately. But once we are more funded and have more customers, we definitely want to get to that price point to make it more accessible. Right now if you do the yearly price, it’s around $25 per month .

Not worth the intro price for a whiteboard and transcriber. TBH the credits turned me off and won’t be using them, why pay a premium price with limitations?

It uses GPT models so meaning that if pass those youtube links to gpt you get the same result. Poppy just made it fancier by dropping in the links and tying them by a thread.

@@johnnydenver-m8r you could totally do it without poppy 👍 Poppy just makes it visual on a board where multiple chats can be going at once.

ChatGPT itself can’t transcribe a KZbin video. You can only do it in ChatGPT if you paste in the transcript. Otherwise it will just use its own general knowledge to give you and answer. For us we save you the time of having to transcribe it and then adding the visual part as well.
