Wow, what a great start to the weekend, this is an amazing cardio workout, I'm 100% energized now! Thank you, Amanda, Jimmy and Ellie! 217 active calories, 144/165 average/max heart rate.

This was soooo good. Sweating buckets absolutely manageable. Goes by so quickly. Definitely doing this again and again

Thank for an amazing workout! Lately I've been finding PS workouts too easy or with too many breaks, this one was perfect, more Amanda please (and also more Raneir!)

SO happy I did this workout today. I had been taking a break from longer workouts like this after getting sick and then dealing with a knee injury. I've mostly just been taking walks but I finally am feeling good enough to get back into more intense exercise again and this was a perfect place to start. I'm not a big fan of "cardio" workouts with too much floor/ab work, I just prefer more a consistent energy level throughout. This was a perfect balance and very easy to modify the moves when needed! Hope to see more workouts like this soon 😀

amazing workout! loved every minute of it! it wasn't too intense yet it was challenging. i am sweating profusely.please keep bringing amanda butler! i love her

Yet another super effective fun workout! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ And love the vocal instructions! I also used to hate all these things, lol. Now I love pushups , but I don't really love jumping :)

Nice! Just the right amount of intensity to energize not to zap it⚡️As someone likes to work out fasted in the morning, I only wish the release on the weekend was earlier, instead of noon EST🙏🏼

Too much talking! And not enough time check-in. I hate when the only check in you get is "3,2,1...." I like to know, 20 more seconds of halfway there. SOMETHING! I was just getting really annoyed and had a hard time focusing on my workout. Aware this is. very personal feeling.
