Get your heart rate up with Supernatural coach Raneir Pollard for a 30-minute standing cardio HIIT routine joined by Chelsey Cioli and Leilani Terris. In this routine, you’ll start with a quick warmup and work your way into squats, skaters, jumping jacks, fast feet, and more. This no-equipment routine will challenge you and leave you feeling accomplished. You won't even need a mat, just your water and towel. Be prepared to sweat!

I'm a person with a foot disability and did the modified options. Although I did take several breaks; I manage to finish till the end. This was tough and nice words were coming out of my mouth 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 however I do know that what does not kill you, does not change you! Thanks Pop Sugar and team for the encouragement and for pushing us out of our comfort zone. 💯👍🙂🔥🔥🤬🤬🤬🤬🥵🥵🥵🥵🦵💪

Just because you do beginners that doesn't mean your not trying listen I was sweating and I felt the burn no on should feel ashamed if it's there frist time doing the workouts on here everybody has a different body type it is what works with them I thank you for the beginners workout but please don't say but a postive spin to the beginner and advance workouts. Ranier is hands down, the best fitness instructor in the game. Today was my first time with this workout and I really enjoyed it. I've been doing his Tabata workout with Anna and Dre for over a year. It's helped me lose 40 pounds.
