Can't believe how much i'm sweating right now after this workout. Got to do this at least 3 times per week. Please keep bringing more videos like this one. I love that it's not over 15 minutes but yet effective.

I normally walk and run every morning but since it has been raining nonstop for three days I decided to check out two Popsugar low impact cardio workouts. I have to confess...there were a couple of exercises involving the knees that I couldn't do very well but the others I did great. I feel awesome. Not bad for a 50-year old.

With the Quarantine in place I realized I now have all the time in the world to work out and eat right (easier to avoid fast food since Im home all day). And I wanted to really help my body get into shape. I didn't want to focus on weight loss and numbers, I just wanted to FEEL GOOD. I started with you in this channel about 2 weeks ago and everyday I follow one of these videos. I start it off not being able to finish a single video as I would get burned out after 5 minutes. But I didnt give up. Through tears and screaming I kept pushing and pushing. After a week I was able to get up to 10 minutes of each video before feeling that burn out. Today is the first time I have finished a full 15 minute video completely, and I bursted into tears when you said "You did it!!" Because you the improvement was real. I felt the growth that came from how much I had to push my poorly conditioned body to get to that point. So I wanted to thank you. Thank you for being here for me and for inspiring me to keep pushing. Thank you because your workouts are really making my body feel healthier, more mobile, and less sore. THANK YOU!!

I’ve been binge doing these workouts for 1 week now and although she says no running and there’s more running than any of her other videos, the format of this workout was fantastic: 1 minute moves is enjoyable, you look forward to the next one. It was also easy to complete as a beginner!

Thank you for this video! It was just what I needed. I am a former bodybuilder and by working too much I let myself fall out of shape. I also have bad knees and could never do aerobics. This was great I've been having a hard time doing workouts because of my knees and hips and I was able to break a sweat kick up my cardio but modify such a great workout I think I'll be doing this every day for a while until I can build up.

I was able to finish this though i had to stop a few times. I have always been skinny and i never felt the need to exercise but i’ve been having insomnia due to anxiety and i was advised to exercise. This is a great workout. I hope i could do better tomorrow.

New favourite!!! I was looking for a low impact workout, not because of low fitness, but because I want a quick workout that doesn't involve changing my shoes and bra - lol! Even doing the low impact modifications this felt like a great workout!! (Though I aslo changed them up a bit to be a bit more challenging) Sometimes even a 15 minute workout can drag but I couldn't believe this one was finished already because it kept me interested and motivated the whole way through :-)

I burned close to 200 calories. I did do a quick warm up before starting this (just a few jumping jacks, arm crosses, swim strokes, and knee circles) and probably did about half and half between the regular and modified.
