This is my first time doing thus and I had to stop multiple times. This was a very effective work out and I really suggest it. After it I've felt great and I'm going to do this again sometime. Thanks you've really motivated meee

Done this about 5 or 6 times now and can almost completely do it without stopping for a sec or modifying. It's killer. I find the table top keeping my knees off the floor the hardest, but working on it. Getting there 😀 . Such a great workout that I can actually feel and my body keeps getting stronger each time I do it. Thank you for all these workout vids popsugar. Not only for my physical health but my mental health too 💚💚

I love pop sugar workouts. I'm over 50 and have neuropathy. This was a great exercise for me. I had surgery on my right foot to straighten my toes due to pain. I'm 3 months on recovery. Pop Sugar is what keeps me going strong. Thank you

I've been doing these popsugar workouts, roughly 30 mins at an average a day, with some yoga for about a month now. I've already dropped 6 pounds! It feels so good. I do them roughly 3-4 times a week, sometimes 5-6. They are super helpful. I used to hate working out, like I would dread it. And I didn't even diet, for those who want to know. Actually, a lot of birthdays popped up in my house so I was actually eating loads of cake, ice cream and chocolates 😂☺️ Bottom line: do these workouts, they're the best

this is hands down my favorite exercise video I've ever come across. i suffer from fibromyalgia every day and my pain levels are at a 4/10 or worse each day, with 4 being my pain baseline. somehow, i'm able to do this video without pain or too many modifications!! i love it. thank you so much for posting videos like these, the ones without much impact ;)

Thanks for both including the modifications and having someone onscreen who was consistently doing them! I am not at the point in my workout stamina where I can push myself through an entire routine even if it's on "easy mode,", but being able to follow along with a modified routine is a good way for me personally to build up to that point!

I did things differently today, instead of an hour long workout i decided to break the session in two and did cardio this morning and this in the afternoon. This workout is deceptively difficult. Totally different then I am used to. Thanks for this video.

I’ve used this routine for the second time now. This time after my second pregnancy to reduce my tummy and abs. This time my tummy just shrank in 2 days. It’s really a wonderful workout. U sweat like crazy and burn in ur thighs but they get toned so quickly👍👍Thanku again

It really helped to shrink my stomach super fast. This is by far my favourite and only workout that I got really good results appearance wise.

Emily Frakes They aren’t the normal squats though. It’s a goblet squat. Gets the glutes more, and good if you have bad knees.

Just a *warning* to some of you all. I am a 24 yr old man who has been regular swimming/gym/classes. However for 2 days after trying this routine, my lower back really ached and I felt so uncomfortable. I dont have any back problems as far as I know, so just be cautious doing this routine, as it does strain your lower back.

You have to lay further back into your butt you'll feel it a lot more effectively in your abs too.

An idea for you instead of worrying about the entire move why don't you try to lay on your side back into your butt with your legs up like the beginning of the move and practice that just holding it there.... That way you get the idea and the placement to add the mermaid crunch. Good luck. Oh another thing, make sure you're holding your abs in to protect your lower back.

All of those exercises were new to me, too. I dislike crunches (my neck always hurts, no matter how resolutely I adhere to proper form), so the inclusion of non-crunch and exercises was fantastic!

So I had an knee inury so I couldn't excersise so I found this video and began doing this twice a day a month later I didn't feel ANY pain in my knees I wanna thank you so so much because I thought my sport life was over but now I am training 4 times a week again without any pain

This was awesome for a lazy day. I hurt my foot last week and worked out super hard yesterday but today I'm exhausted and I think I still need to go easy on my foot. I want to get back into the grind so this was great to still feel a burn and take it easy.
