I love how she doesn't bullshit how hard it is, she's breathing hard and and saying her quads are burning! I hate how some instructors are so show-offy with how easy it is for them, but her enthusiasm really helps!

I’m so overweight and out of shape. I’ve watched this video a few times but never started because I felt overwhelmed just watching 😢 last night I got up and said I’m going to try this. I only lasted 2 minutes before being completely out of breath. I cried in disappointment and shame that I let myself get this bad smh. Completely defeated, I gave up. I woke up this morning and told myself quitting isn’t the answer and to try and try until I can get thru the whole video. Today I only got thru 5 mins without stopping. Some may laugh but it’s 3 mins more than I could accomplish yesterday and tomorrow I may be able to go longer. I’ll be doing this every night until I can go thru the entire video 💜

I think you're doing great! You might consider going on a walk or something afterwards to "ride the wave" of your workout (if you have time). Little by little...

Could be better to do every other day for your body to rest aswell. And go for a walk those days your not doing the cardio 🙂 I gave been doing this every other day fir a month and getting stronger 💪👊 good luck 😊

Try home DVD's by leslie samsone her movies are hard but easy enough to do no matter what size you are. I have the 3 mile walk and the 4 mile walk that I do 5 days a week and the pounds are dropping wonderfully. You will fall in love with this DVD. I also changed my diet and with that change I have lost even more weight.

Love this workout. I first tried it a few months ago and really struggled with it. I’ve since tried it again during lockdown and now I can do it every day. My legs were sore at first but that went away after the first week of doing it. The stretches at the end are so important for this! Love the instructor she’s a ray of sunshine.

Do some yoga stretches on the legs, it helps them forgive you a little for almost murdering them lol

I’m 3 months postpartum and this is perfect for me! A lot other videos don’t challenge me or challenge me to much. I’m currently a 198lbs and trying to get down to 140lbs. I’ll be back every two weeks to give an update.

During the whole coronavirus quarantine, i did this workout 5 times a week, sometimes i cant even finish the whole workout! But the results does pay off, i lost nearly 3 kgs in about 2 months, with no limit in eating the food that i love, it has been 3 months since i workout, yet my weight has not been up, thank you !!!

for true beginners just follow the modification, don't have to do as many reps as they're doing.

Just want to say no one will probably see this but I started doing this workout at the beginning off lockdown I found it extremely hard since then today I've lost 2 stone! From doing this workout everyday and eating good food you got this! 💪🏼

You should know that youre body keep birning calories 12h after fitness. Also isn't only 103 calories you think, you had burned

my first time, I pass out at 6 min in, I feel light headed, my heart beating so hard I feel like I have a heart attack, so i lie flat down the rest of the video. hoping next time I can manage to stay up longer, never knew I'm that weak

Liz&stewie Life I'm a beginner too and I have a recommendation: when they're doing an action that you absolutely cannot bring yourself to do, jpg in place so you're still keeping your heart rate up!

Good idea, I did this for the first time today and I could not for the life of me do the crab walk! My knees were killing me. Loved the rest though, actually had me sweating more than I do in the gym!

This was amazing! Thank you so much for being real with us, it was really nice to have a sincere beginner workout video with instructors that were acknowledging we are beginners and that just this 15 minutes will really be a workout! WHOOO I have only been working out for 3 days and am very overweight BUT no matter your size keep moving... Im aching from the muscles Ive been using these past few days but it feels so good! I'm doing 2 15 min workouts a day at the moment I cant wait till I have the strength and energy to do 2 2 hour workouts a day! I'm not gonna be the statistic I choose to be the example!

The reason why i love popsugar so much is that they dont show these huge muscular or heavily toned women. The women here were not that heavily toned. Normal body which is how most of us are. Great job guys! Love it!

The instructors are so pretty! The main instructor is very engaging. This exercise routine is based on a very sound foundation of exercise & fitness. I found this video very inspirational & I will use this video every day to help me lose weight & get back in shape.

Been doing this for at least 3-4 times a week for the past few weeks and results are already coming in! This is such a great way to start my workout journey. Not sure why I had it in my mind that if I wasn't going to the gym at 6am every day that I wasn't really working out.

Hi guys! I'm obese, 107kg (230+/- pounds) and 5'7" (170cm). I play basketball in asia and trust me, I'll be very good if I shed at least 20 kgs. 10kg is already good enough tbh. And let's try to keep ourselves healthy! Think of getting a healthy lifestyle instead of becoming thin. I mean, that's the goal but hey, I'd be more than proud to lose more than 5kgs while doing it healthily, than going on a wayy too strict diet and being unhappy. Also, this video is really a beginner's one, thanks so much to the trainer. U don't know how many videos I've been through saying it's for beginners BUT having a lot of jumping/stretching motions that are almost impossible for obese/overweight ppl to do without injuring themselves. And for some of you, I know this might seem really hard at first but trust me, never have I seen a trainer who allows themselves to feel what their "students" feel (by students, I mean us). Now, I work night shifts and it sucks bc it messes with your hormones and biological clock, ultimately our metabolism. So I'm trying to eat healthy by eating lettuce wraps instead of carbs/rice.
