The first of your videos I wasn't able to complete. 7 minutes to go, the last lot of plank jacks killed me, I could barely manage the last half dozen but I pushed through . this is definitely one of the hardest popsugar workouts I've come across in such a short burst of time. I LOVE IT. beware, it is not for beginners BUT TRY IT ANYWAY! just do the modifications or take out the plyo. great for your heart! I

Oh my gosh this had me wondering how come I'm so unfit after working out like crazy for years lol. Great cardio session. Someone said this burns about 150 calories to 180 calories without modifications. 😊

I DID ITTTTTT!!!!!! Ok so, I did the whole workout BUT, I didn't do it exactly like the video. What I mean is, since it was my first time doing this exercise I did jumping Jacks at first, but after doing more sets of jumping jacks, I couldn't do them all the way like I did the first time. I did what I could and stopped and took a break a couple of times. I started working out just one week ago so I'm definitely a beginner. I have been doing the beginner workout for some days now and wanted to see if I could challenge myself to do this one. My legs are on fire and I literally sweated A LOT! Thanks! :D

This motivated me . When I start working out I use to do 30 minutes of excercise . Now I gotten lazy and just do 15 or 10 minutes . When I did 30 minutes I was losing weight now I'm not.

When I decided to do this today, after watching it yesterday, I thought I would only make it 10 minutes... But I made it all the way, and I am so proud of myself! I used modifications about 20% of the time, so I'm hoping when I do it again I can use them less, and keep doing it until I don't need them any more. I'm so happy, and I haven't sweat like this in a long time... I feel amazing, though!!!

In this case I do all the jumping on my balcony hard solid surface that has enough space and connected to my room. So all my neighbours from down below don't have to know when I'm working out =) When it's a jumping part I quickly go to the balcony, and when it's a strength part I go back to the room on the mat.

LOVE THIS 21 day challenge! This a great challenge to tone up mostly ... I recommend doing at least 15 minutes of cardio after in order to lose the fat faster and easier. But like the video said abs are made in the kitchen!
