I will echo others request to please make more walking workouts like this. I lost 130+ lbs doing walk at home workouts with Leslie. Her fitness program works! But she is missed. The walk at home app as it exists today i, i find kind of inconvenient to use, so I still stick to old dvds and KZbin vids. While this is Leslie classic style of workout, I appreciate the fresh take you bring and a few new modifications on classic moves. So please do more!!

I enjoy this walks and love it very much. I downloaded it and enjoying the walks at home for 30 minutes, everyday. Results are excellent. The instructor is excellent.

From the Walk at Home Videos? that was a great walk. I already did another workout this morning and a 10 minute arms and shoulder but needed to get steps up. I've been doing more strength workouts lately but I seriously don't think they're as effective to being lean as walking! I'm lucky as I'm already slim but at 72 I want to keep it that way and not start putting on the kilos. This is the only way to go. Get those steps in! Thank you so much. Loved it.

I've been feeling extremely drained for the last week or two and have barely exercised. I swore I would today but it got to be 4 pm and I was so tired and was going to skip it. I forced myself to do this and was actually enjoying myself a few minutes in. I feel better and I'm really glad I moved my body. I could see myself adding light wrist/ankle weights on a day when I'm feeling stronger and more energetic.

I’ve really let my fitness and my overall health and wellbeing slip and today I decided to move my body even if it’s just for 30 minutes. I searched walking workout and this was the first one to pop up that caught my eye. This is a great video to do when you're unmotivated, tired or recovering but still want to get some movement in or shake off the day. It felt too easy at 1st & I started to get restless to put something more aggressive on but I pushed myself to finish the video was glad I did bc I built up a little sweat and let off some steam. I also really like Paris & Tanner.

Wow, unusual type of training for me, it was easy and cool, I had a lot of pleasure I still want to go somewhere and go and go Great workout for recovery after strength training, when muscles are sore Thank you, Tanner, Paris and Tyler! 4166 steps, 156 active calories, 122/150 average/max heart rate.

Just done it and it felt great!! I was surprised I didn't sweat until 22 min mark so that's odd. I suggest you put 100% to every move to squeeze as much as you can from this session. Loved it!! Thanks

I'm 49kg, did it with mid-level energy, burned 163 calories. May not be as much calories as doing a growwithjo video but i also enjoyed it much more and didn't want to collapse from defeat. Will def come back to this workout!

This was great!! I needed something not too intense as my body is sore. This was perfect and just the right intensity. For stats, I'm 5 9, female, weigh 167 lbs. I burned 296 calories and got over 4k steps!
