When I worked at fast foods more than 27 years ago I would break down the shake machine and soak the parts in disinfecting solution and put it back together. No one else would do it. They just wiped the outside and said it was clean. If you don't clean it this black gunk would build up, I have a hard time trusting most places now because of the lazy people that wouldn't break down the machine. I know most places are not doing it

Thank you for this video. I was very blessed to have lived in Korea three years. I always enjoyed the street food Hot Ramen and roasted chestnuts and my favorite Duk Boki in the cold winters. When I was in Korea as an American Army Soldier 1989 to 1991. Street food was pretty limited unlike now with an explosion of various foods custom fancy ice cream cones and iced coffee. Still I always enjoyed what was available then. ☺

nah, they use a rice based batter and not corn batter. That's why they add sugar at the end in order to make up for the lack of sweetness of the rice batter and panko bread in order to make up for the lack of crispiness. It's different, but not really better, IMO.

so delious ,addicted to eat whenever pass by that area .cheese and sausage was wrapped with flour which is deep fried ,as crunchy as fresh vegi also cheese is so smoothy and melting gotta try this.

But there are many small and local restaurants, that prefer to use, fresh produce, either locally grown or brought in, including poultry, fish, on a daily. It's brought in, on a daily or every few days so that it's always fresh. And there's a lot of prep work involved with that.
