They love eggs, I remember ramen and all the soups with eggs, some street vendors even put a hard boiled egg on a stick and dipped it in tempura, it was excellent. What I find surprising is how much cheese they use now, when I was there in the seventies outside of American cheese on a burger there was almost no cheese. Should have seen some of the Korean reactions when I got a care package with blue cheese in it, rotten mouldy milk somes it up.

My mom doesn't break her diet because of her friends do diet too! You should ask your friends to diet to! Not only diet you should do some exsercise too! My mom walks slowly for 45 mins everyday well she doesn't lose her weight that's much but at start it is! But i recommended you to run instead of walk because if you keep run the belly will be up and down which means things that make you looks fat (i forgot the name) will be crushed and destroyed slowly! But like i said before it will be better to control all of things to lose weight i just said to you if you had your friends do the same too! Because together is better than alone, right?
