Thank you for this video! I’m having this EXACT problem right now. Your test worked for me. Instead of paying the dealer $300 to diagnose the issue and then charge me on top to repair it. I can buy the parts for $320 and do it myself. Will update once I get it fixed. Update: swapped out both valves and o rings. Total time was about 30 minutes. Would’ve been faster but I work extremely slow. Worked like a charm. Engine sounds and drives like normal and was able to clear the engine light with my obd. Parts cost me total of about $400. Would’ve been a bit cheaper if I didn’t pay for expedited shipping. Super easy to do. If you don’t feel like doing it, a local Porsche mechanic (not dealer) quoted parts plus $150 for labor. So not too bad if you wanted to take it in. Anyways… THANK YOU for this video.

I have a 2012 V6 Panamera. No noise, but when I take the oil cap off while the engine is running there is a lot of vacuum. There are no codes or symptoms. Is that normal or bad?

It should have pretty light vacuum but still pull the cap down with some authority, you shouldn’t have trouble removing it with the engine at idle, lean faults are common
