I like how they added a room you can pause in while cave johnson is giving his lemon speech, and explaining important plot. I've noticed nearly everyone who plays the game stops in the sideroom. even if it's not a particularly plot-important room, it's a great way to let players naturally halt during exposition. The reasons behind that are twofold. One, GladOs is programmed to bully test subjects in order to test them under stress. Algorithmically, body shaming is highly effective on women. Two, in her regular body, GladOs uses a fisheye type of lense to see. This makes Chell actuallt look fat in GladOs's "eye." GladOs defending Chell when Wheatly called her fat is because the power dynamic has changed, Caroline is manifesting more strongly in the programming because GladOs is no longer connected to the corrupting influence of the mainframe, and she's also seeing Chell through a different set if eyes.

I remember watching either this video or another GLaDOS compilation a couple years ago and loved it, I then put all my time into finding out about portal, it’s characters, and lore then realized that I could play it on the Xbox 360 when I saw it in a store I was baffled and bought it immediately. I did and I fell in love with portal, I soon played the first and second games on pc and I constantly replay them, I love portal and it’s what made me a current HL and valve fan. Thank you portal.
