12:12 Someone probably already told you, but just in case I'm going to repeat it here: That radio has a bunch of sounds attached to it, and these play all the sound effects during the ending. For some reason the sounds have to be attached to an NPC, so the radio is set as one. It's a very recognizable stand-in, so the developers would have been able to find it easily if they needed to.

The reason it bleeds is it is considered as an NPC by the game. That radio produces the noise at the end of portal. The dragging noise you hear.

3:18 actual elevator glitch: start spinning around while shooting blue portals (it might work with orange) What should happen normally is the level loads and you go about your business.
