30:10 Me and my dad visited this park for the first time ever back in July, about a month and a half after you and Charlotte were there. That has to be one of the best flat rides I have ever ridden at a park, I don’t know what program the run it on but honestly it makes a world of difference!, fast and long cycle😁😊

Great theme park there at Port Adventurer. Shambhala and that ampersand turnaround is just amazing. What a coaster along with Dragon Khan. So funny to see Charlotte getting soaked on the Water Rapids ride. Charlotte also very brave to ride the drop tower. Beautiful weather there in Spain. Went here in 2008 and we were staying in an hotel close to the park. There were *insane* lightening strikes and thunder etc. so the park closed. As soon as it opened again we darted back and pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. Was incredible. 'Furious Baco' has one crazy start...I recall getting a few bumps and bruises from it! Haha. Great video - brought back few great memories!!!

Shambala was one of the first major rollercoasters I went on and I’ve loved them ever since, was quite a while ago they was just planning on Ferrari land

So the new ride is a Dark Coaster based on Uncharted with 5 launches up to 1g acceleration and described as "multidimensional attaction" , its due to open "mid 2023" we're going in June 2023 so I just hope its open when we're there

The new coaster is Indoor. I've just got back and they've almost finished the large show building. I don't think it's on the scale to be a thrill coaster but blocks the view of the dated water slide at least. They've clearly got plans to add facade' as the fixings are on show right now. Sadly I did not take any photos but someone would have.

Swarm or inferno. Both smooth rides, Swarm is a bit less intense I'd say, but the wing seats might be intimating.

@@withfor0912 my first "big" coaster was Nemesis Inferno. I think SAW with the vertical lift hill might not be best for a first timer, Stealth with the launch and hight again might not be best. I've never fit on Colossus so I can't comment on that.

Yes, I found the big Chinese theatre show to be the best show of quite a few at PA. May be as many as 10 shows at PA. In the Saloon one I just had a bottle of beer, it was very busy and I noticed some people not quite finished their meals before being ushered out for the next show ( this was Sept' 2019). I also didn't like that Diablo coaster, found it quite uncomfortable.

I've just come back from Six Flags Great Adventure and Six Flags Great America and last year I visited Canada Wonderland, as well as Cedar Point in 2018. From Behemoth, Leviathan, Nitro and raging Bull My favourite B&M hyper coaster is Behemoth. The only drop I've experience as good as the back car of Behemoth is in the back car of Millennium Force, since they both have big steep and well contoured drops with long trains. I'd imagine Shambala has an even better drop being taller and steeper with those staggered seating trains and would be the biggest draw for me personally as a coaster enthusiast.

Bizarre how Charlotte is terrified of water rides yet takes the big coasters and drop tower in her stride. I've just got back from a week here and I have to say, I don't recommend it in high season (mid August). Furious Barca had a 3.5 hour wait advertised as 1:50. It broke down twice while we were waiting and each time a lot of people gave up waiting shortening the queue by more than the down time. Most of the rides had longer much longer wait times than advertised and often broke down for 10 minutes or so while we waited. I think the blue side on Stampida has a better shaded queue if you need to wait a long time.

Shambala is my daughters and mine favourite ride at Portaventura Second time we went on the ride the ride operator asked how many I said 2 and he said got just the right seats for you and promptly put us on the very front seats.

BTW B&M hyper coasters coasters don't usually come to a violent short stop on the EBR, even if trains are stacked. (although sometimes they do, but never as much as a B&M dive coaster) B&M floorless coasters don't usually break hard either, nor do B&M wing coasters. However: B&M Dive coasters ALWAYS break violently. It's literally the most forceful moment on any B&M dive coaster

I'd like to see them close El Diablo and the flume for a year, so they can refurbish it, something like a mixture of big thunder mountain & splash mountain combination. Maybe improve the layout, but I personally think more interaction with theming and indoor sections on both the flume and the mine train would do so much! As for the Axis Coaster idea, I'm pretty sure their was a rumor stating that the first one would be in europe so who knows if this rumor is true. I'd like to hope!

I find it interesting that Woody Woodpecker is still the mascot of the park. A holdover from when Universal owned the park. An interesting alternate timeline where there’s a Universal Studios park instead of Ferrari World.
