Musician is most definitely my favorite track in the album strictly because of how personal it is to all musicians and how we all feel that same feeling of why it is we put ourselves through the creative process and put our art into the world. For me it's because I want to do music, I want to perform, I want to create, its literally the only thing I have that's keeping me going is the possibility of being that artist who's music gives people meaning. Much like how Porters music gave me meaning. I never would've started music if it wasn't for him and his music.
