- Employment contract or commitment contract: signed by December 31, 2023, stipulating professional responsibilities within the national territory;
- Residence visa or residence permit valid until December 31, 2023;
- Process of residence visa or permit initiated by December 31, 2023, aligning with immigration laws. This includes actions such as scheduling or attending appointments for application submission or directly applying for the residence permit;
