Adam Porzak you are the best coach on YT. I’ve been playing 16 years and before I watched your videos I struggled to get under 82-84. I started watching a little over a year ago. As of Wednesday I broke Par for the first time and shot a 1 under 71. I’m now a 3 handicap. You’re the truth brotha!

After watching this KZbin channel for a month, I finally break 90. Shot 86 yesterday. Played 18 holes with just one ball. Thank you pozark golf

@PorzakGolf would appreciate it if you could have more driver content. Biggest issue is despite I setup for a draw, I still fade the ball. But then again it's all playable

I love your videos! I started golfing when I was 19 I’m 22 now I went from a 25 hcp to a 3 handicap! I am in a bit of a struggle but I found out through one of your shorts about the one piece takeaway I haven’t got to practice it yet but when I do I’m hoping it gets me to scratch! I’ve also watched so many videos of yours can’t even count lol!

I'm 82 playing on one leg (L-leg) amputated 45-years ago with the quadricep on my right-knee reattached. Last week I rediscovered this tip that I had forgotten about; a Tip from Ben Hogan's book. Adam you have presented a tip that nobody has bothered to mention. I've been playing golf for well over 60-years one of my playing partners commented on my fluid swing. My putting has been poor because I have been gripping the club in the fingers. I will be watching your putting video on KZbin next.

Mr Porzak I've always struggled with where and when to cock the wrists after watching this video you've made it so easy .Don't know why I've struggled for so long but I thank you from the bottom of my heart and shall continue to watch your videos

I always pick up great little nuggets on your videos. This time was “feel like your swinging the handle”. I can feel my clubhead speed increase when doing that. Thanks Adam!

Best lessons including takeaway, hip bump, grip, knockdown mentality, 45 degree hinge, sungjae Im drill and hedeki drill(pause at the top), 4 inches in front of balls, exit left, merry go round, fast hand, hip over the ankles, giving blood shaking the hand holding the tray, 10 10 drill, not hanging back, butt back chest down, T spine angle, pump drill, ABR and so many things I think when practicing.

Somehow your videos always nail my current problem 😂 working on getting a more neutral grip (way too strong, hooking). The visual of you holding the club with just right hand blew my mind. Awesome stuff!

You have a real gift Adam for explaining things and being a teacher of golf. It’s a very hard game. I really enjoy your videos. Do you have any academies down in Florida near Naples at all this winter, or are you mostly out in the Phoenix area?
@PorzakGolf2 ай бұрын
Thank you so much for your kind comments! Unfortunately we do not have any clinics down in Florida at the moment (but I promise we are working on it). Our closest to Florida will be our East Coast clinic in Connecticut. If that interests you, contact us at info@porzakgolf.com

Tight grip creates tension in the swing and doesn’t allow the club to release naturally. Adam is by far the best coach on YY. Wish he was in SW Florida!!!

You touched on the weight ending up on the back foot with a driver setup, and I notice this when I hip bump/spine tilt with my driver. I can keep my weight evenly distributed or slightly to my front foot with other clubs, but my driver setup that way has me feeling like I'm swinging off my back foot. What's the recipe for having spine tilt and hip bump on a driver setup without hitting off your back foot?

By far my biggest repeat fault is getting ahead of my arms , i know now as soon as i get a couple of toe shots or starting getting a bit thin that i am pushing myself and the hips are leaving my arms behind . It requires a great effort to retain a nice easy tempo for me when im faced with a long shot .

It's a different style of swing, it's extremely athletic, but don't misunderstand. He knows exactly how to navigate the swing to make it fluid while maximising forcexpower He mentiones himself on his own channel that he maintains loose wrists. What Adam is presenting here is much more attainable for us mere mortals. That said, you have to find what works for you, if you're swing isn't broken... Don't fix it. All the best
