Candy really needed help. I'm both glad this show realistically depicts how some people get turned away even by their own comunities, and heartbroken that they made me care about the character facing rejection. She really deserved better

Poor Candy. All she wanted was to be loved and accepted. Isn't that what we all want? ❤️❤️❤️

Elektra wanted her to be herself if she was going to be successful she wanted her to get it by being true to herself I think she went the wrong way about voicing it

😮💨 I will always love pose but looking back at this scene Candy didn't deserve this type of hate from her own community

When I watched this show, I've always thought that everyone in the LGBT community would love and support each other, but the fact that Pray Tell talk about being real and being the stars of their own show... Candy works her butt off to be the most real black woman on the face of the Earth, and Elektra and Pray Tell gave the worst support ever and I'm getting a strong feeling that Candy committed suicide to keep that hate off her shoulders, I wish I could give Candy a hug.

I’m sorry but the LGBTQ is always talking about discrimination, yet look at all the hatred they sent towards Candy. Dark skinned Candy. Dark skinned Billy Porter and Dark skinned Electra were the worst offenders.
@kaleahcollins45673 жыл бұрын
Exactly let's not forget that hatred that bisexuals receive in the lgbtq community as well as transgender actually
@LouieLouie5053 жыл бұрын
"...look at all the hatred they sent..." Thank you Captain Obvious--- that is a major point of the entire series. Discrimination eats at everyone involved. Oppressors use this to keep infighting happening and to maintain control. It is what the show is about.
@TheOnlyLadyBella3 жыл бұрын
Great point Mike. Many times its the oppressed that keep oppressing. I think that conversation between Pray Tell and Candy at her funeral was so telling. 😔

@@kaleahcollins4567 why do transgenders and bisexuals get hate in the lgbtq community? I never get that

Lmao... gay shade towards each other is not hatred. You don’t have fucking clue.
