Hades is the earth wishing only for peace but constantly rattled by both and so at his angriest he could battle both but they all acknowledge one another at the end accepting Kingship in their own realms to maintain balance and let humans do their thing.

People forget that he is actually really extremely strong and could easily hold up a fight with Zeus. They lowkey did him dirty in the series because first of all they didn’t show his real potential as one of the big three (Zeus, Poseidon and Hades) and second of all they still made him look kind of weak compared to Hera. People in these comments know nothing about mythology. In the stories we get Poseidon clearly had an inferiority complex when it came to Zeus. The three brothers split the world equally however Zeus would still command Poseidon around. That made him angry and yet he could not go against Zeus so he would often lash out against anyone that defied him who was less powerful than him. Even though his domain is the ocean he would still hold court in Olympus which was Zeus' domain, putting Poseidon below Zeus. You wouldn't catch Hades holding court in Olympus because unlike Poseidon, Hades actually respected himself. Poseidon is less of a wiser older brother and more of a jealous older brother kind of character. Poseidon is by far one of the most vindictive gods of Olympus and the smallest thing would trigger his complex.

All it will take is years of training, practice, opportunity, preparation and confidence, and someday Percy will be as powerful as his father. As for the others, Aquaman, Katara and Lapis Lazuli, Poseidon was the first hydrokinetic and the most powerful. Before Aquaman was first Namor, the Submariner, the first sea / water theme superhero. The Olympians are the first superheroes. With Hermes you see the Flash, with Poseidon you see Submariner.
