1. start from pose, 2. fall from pose, 3. pull foot from the ground WHILE falling I finally got noticed that I was failing the "third one". the upper leg must keep the pose position if pulling is NOT started.

aside from the obvious of strength and endurance. Eventually even if you work and have the perfect form, you still need to be strong.

is this technique only meant for endurance or one can sprint too ?
@posetv

It is for running regardless of distance. Technique is the same for any distance.

@@posetv It seems to me that for sprint the foot on the ground pushes the body while this is not case for endurance. Sprint = Gravity + Foot propulsion Endurance = Gravity only Do you agree ? Thanks you for your videos

@@pauld3327 This is not a matter of our agreement - physics does not change according to the distance. On top of that, it is a well known fact in medicine and biomechanics, that our foot is the slowest moving part of the body. So it can't possibly assist in propulsion. Our body is a single unit that moves as a system. Gravity is always present and working regardless of our decision to acknowledge it and the be able to use it.
