Lots of useful info in the video. It is a pity bunions often treated with a surgery that requires so complex rehabilitation. Wouldn't it be great if bones can be put to proper place w/out surgery?

2:20 You tell patients to wiggle their toes for 2 minutes 3 times/day BEFORE surgery. Is that a pre-op exercise or a regular life tip for all people or just for people with bunions? And what does it help with?

My foot was done April 24th. I have alot of pain and raised bump on the top of my foot in front of my second and third toe from the big one. My big toe is having issues bending. I have had xrays and now dr has advised physio... my other foot was way worse and no difficulty at all since Jan 09. Frustrating forsure
