this is such great information, I would like to suggest that you, if you have the energy, to re-record it talking much slower and putting the 24 hour items together. Taking notes on this is very difficult giving your format and this is one of the most thorough and helpful videos I’ve seen so I can’t help but think that this stressed out people that are watching it would be helped by this simple move. Here's the truth. You will NEED painkillers. Massive pain for 3 or 4 days. 8 out of ten for the next 3 or 4. No relief until about ten 10 days. You need to cancel everything for two weeks. Won't even want to get out of bed for 8 days!!! This IS a NIGHTMARE! Doctors LIE!!!!
