STOP what you are doing and take just 10 minutes to try this post pilates meditation class. It's not often we take time out of our day to stop and simply BREATHE. It's okay if our mind wonders, it's okay if we don't get it straight away, but even just taking a moment to slow down can make the biggest difference to maintaining a healthy mind.
So try this meditation and breathwork class post pilates class to calm and unwind the body and mind or simply use it on it's own to find some quiet time in your day.
