It shows that the whole team really needs to pull together for a car to win, especially now that it is so close. Red Bull doesn't make mistakes easily with their strategies or during the pitstops, so McLaren and Mercedes need to 'fine-tune' their overall performances. Max is also very consistent, even if it looks like he is about to make a mistake, he hardly does. A well deserved win for Max.

I don’t think Lando said it this nicely when Lewis was winning. In fact, I recall George Lando and Alex being interviewed and them stating that he’s being greedy for winning as much as he was winning.

Actually he noticed Lando wasn't enjoying the joke because Lando was still pissed at losing the race because of his own mistake at the start. That's why he became more serious and explained he would have done the same

Ooh..my reaction got lost. Well..first of all I think Lando needs to stop saying 'he should have won that race '..becoz in the end he didn't. Yeah.. they had the fastest car, which we all witnessed . But even whilest having the fastest car..you still need to finish first. McLaren has the fastest car for only a short time, but due to this new 'packing'order Lando obviously (and understandable) yet(!!) lacks the experience to lead a full race starting from Pole Position. Where Max does have the experience and imho Lando won't take too long to get there too now, but..he still lacks that crucial experience now. Also, I was a lil disappointed by Lando not sticking up for Max conserning the boo'ing 'issue'..but downplayed it by saying everyone gets boo'eed at some time. Max..I'm sure, would have given his unsencored oppinion if the situation was the other way around and would defend Lando. Boo'ing is so F1'unworthy. How and why Max still gets treated this way..for such a long time..I just can't get my head around this fact. He deserves so much credit for everything he has accomplished already. It's a sad thing to watch over and over again. So I totally agree with you regarding that..😉 @glouise9

Wauw, compare 2021 Verstappen vs 2024 Norris. Battling another driver in equal machinery. Look how frustrated Norris is after a P2, i have never seen Verstappen like that after a race. He lacks the skills of a champion.
