That was great. SO needed. Just did my first stride repeats and i really felt it in my hips and thighs, so this was brilliant. I needed a longer one also so decided 20 mins was more needed than an 8 or 10 min stretch. Feeling much more relaxed and less tight now

Thank you for the video focusing on the hips. I really needed this. Unknowingly, your hips can be much stiffer than you might think. I feel like they are a lot less tense after this video.

I found this a bit hard to follow along to, I’ve been trying not to judge my body by your body but even when I was using you as a guide through the stretch I couldn’t figure out how to move into some of the positions, and if I was in them, I still wasn’t sure if they were safe and right for me. But I’ve still been left feeling relaxed, I’ll keep trying this one and see if I can slowly but surely figure it out. Thanks for the video ash 🎉

That’s very interesting to hear about that. Maybe some of the shapes you are really flexible in and actually can’t feel the stretch. It is totally about figuring out what works for your body and what doesn’t. Sometimes some of the shapes don’t work and can feel like a non-shape. Maybe try again and see but if it doesn’t work I wouldn’t dwell on this one 😊🙌🏻
