Peyton in the post season isn’t near as bad as people make it out to be. Leading 4 different coaches to a super bowl, 2 rings, 2 teams, winning record, went 3-1 in Championship games against the Patriots, 3-2 overall against Brady in postseason play. Has a few playoff records, like a perfect passer rating. He finished his post season with a rating of 87-88 area only few points behind Brady’s 89-91 area. Don’t get me wrong he did choke at times, but he also had some amazing stretches. He is by no means the level of like Joe Montana but a lot of times he dragged teams to the post season that shouldn’t even have been there with horrible run games and defenses. Good video though! Just my 2 cents.

Yeah i wanted to try and focus on those last 4 years. Esp that year he threw the 55 tds. That was a choke.

FivePoints Vids Oh definitely true, I believe he had also tossed over 400 yards in the Championship game against the Patriots that year to, but as a Seahawks fan I am so glad the Peyton that shattered the record books did not show up for the Super Bowl Lol He ran into the Legion Of Boom. 😎

Considering about how many times that Peyton has been in the playoffs (other than Jim Mora's "PLAYOFFS!?" rant season) which he will likely lose more than he can win (even though Manning's playoffs win-loss is still above .500). Besides, I used to remember that Patriots beat Colts by not letting Manning to get on the field. Pats used to milk the clock by doing tons of short routes plays and holding Colts deep inside their territory thus forcing Manning to make risky plays because Colts D was pretty bad during Manning's career in there. Btw, if you going back in history then I would nominate Wilt Chamberlain. His post season stats are all below his regular season average other than his rebounds. He just all of sudden unable to score when post season is around, 1962 that he went from earth-shattering 50 PPG dropped to only 35 PPG. His career regular season average was around 30 PPG then his post season average was around 22 PPG.

Post-season is nice but it ain't everything. Groan. Haterz love to call Dan Marino, Tony Romo and Peyton chokers. And Jim Kelly. PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFT. On the other side, Terry Bradshaw was one of the most mediocre QBs, yet is regarded as a holy worldbeater. And take Reggie Jackson. Did you know that he is the ALL TIME strikeout leader? But he's Mr. October. Pfffft.
@Bill_Woo6 жыл бұрын
Fun trivia: Hank Aaron's last brush with the post season was 1950s Milwaukee (he retired in 1976). For fun I just checked. He's not on the top 100 of strikeouts. So much for guys who homer a lot but strike out because they're always going for the fences (cough, Reggie - who somehow is in the HOF). Aaron has the most total bases by a ridiculous landslide, and the most RBIs as well. Just fun trivia. There were two world series in the 1950s when he was almost a pup. FYI, his batting average on those was .364, with a screamin' slugging average thanks to his 3 HRs, triple and two doubles those two campaigns :) :)

In fact, I think the NBA and commissioner should officially admit and acknowledge that the 2002 Lakers/Kings was fixed, rigged, manipulated...what ever they want to call it, blame it all on Donaghy too(lol) if they need to save face, but officially release a statement "as fact", that the 6th game IS to the NBA, the equivalent of the Black Sox series of MLB. Part of history, good or bad, but that it happened and was real. Also make some sort of reparations of credit merit to the 2002 Sacramento Kings as official WC co-champions, along with a special ring of recognition!!

As a Giants fan, I hate to ever concede anything to the Dodgers, but I do hope Kershaw has a big postseason and gets a ring (just one) at some point. He's one of the few current Dodgers I respect. I'm also disappointed that Adrian Gonzalez's back has just given up on him, because that guy always seems to get the big hits when they're needed the most. Healthy, he could have been a big difference in the series last year. I've always liked that guy, ever since the Padres gave him his first chance to start and torture Giants pitching.

As happy as I am rn, I’m really shocked that Tony Romo wasn’t mentioned in this video
@tylerallenwade6 жыл бұрын
Tony Romos Playoff Rating was 146 one of the highest of all time and the highest of any losing quarter back he’s the only quarterback in history to lose a playoff game with a rating that high, none of the playoff loses were his fault in terms of being a quarterback except maybe the Vikings game but his team was shit. Giants game the receivers dropped 2 touchdown passes that were wide open with the game on the line, he then threw an interception on fourth down with six seconds left so it doesn’t matter that he threw an interception, which literally doesn’t matter because if it would’ve been an incomplete pass instead the game would’ve been over anyways. Tony Romo is the ONLY reason the cowboys were in the playoffs or had a chance to be for years they would have won 0-5 games those 3 years without him instead of 8-8 No consistent coach help his whole career No consistent running game whole career No offensive line 99% of his career No defense his whole career in fact once it reached the worst in the history of the Cowboys franchise STILL got them a none losing record. Tony Romos rating is a 97 the 4th in the history of the game that’s anybody who’s ever played, and it’s number one in the history of the sport in the fourth quarter and on game-winning drives once again that anybody who’s ever picked up a football was not as good as him on the game-winning drive. That whole he’s a choke artist thing is actually exactly opposite because statistically, analytically, and verifiably factually he is the number one player ever on a game-winning drive by a long shot by the way, with a 140 rating on game-winning drives. If you actually watched the games he played it it was very very very like so fucking actually very obvious and blatant that the whole team and system was hot trash and he was the only person out there that made the team worth talking about. But most people don’t actually pay attention and watch football they follow hype/ mainstream and run their mouths showing they don’t really know much about the sport. Yes I went off on a rant because I’m tired of lies and false narratives being paraded around the world that’s what makes people stupid autistic retarded ignorant idiots and fucking abs hate that stupid shit. Use your own eyes and then your own brain and make your own opinion. Because if you watched every snap of his career your real opinion would be very different. Okay I’m done. People can call me delusional now I’m already expecting it
@heisenbergII6 жыл бұрын
Tyler Dickey exactly! I’ve always been a tony Romo since I was 8, and normally when I see videos like this, usually they talk about his mess ups and not his actual talent. So for him not to be listed in this is great for once
@ItsKryptick6 жыл бұрын
Romo is gonna get snubbed from the HOF because he had no talent around him. Sucks because he put up such great numbers, but you aren’t gonna win with the worst D in the league every season, not to mention only having Jason Witten and Dez Bryant (who was hot and cold) as targets hurt as well. Wish he won a SB to guarantee the HOF but sadly people like Eli or Flacco will get in because they had one or two good season and won the SB.
@heisenbergII6 жыл бұрын
CPR Romo could’ve easily been a SB caliber QB if fucking Jerry would stop tryna admire his fame from 20 years ago and would actually build a team and a good D and hire a better coaching staff that’s willing to make changes and not run the same damn plays every god damn time!

Mannings Ravens game. They were up 14. Had the ball even. Then he "fumbles", even though he didn't. It was an aborted forward pass, but it was going forward. Ravens score on a short field, and then tie it with the What Are You Doing?, winning in OT. Phantom Fumble plus holding Crabtree, that's a pretty shaky title they got.

But Hockey is a team game. One player can't carry a team like a QB can in football or a player can in basketball. If you check the last stanley cup winners there really isn't many top heavy teams there. In todays game you need depth to win. Ovis job is to score and he has done that in a pace few players ever could in the playoffs. Theres 4 lines in hockey that play. I get what you are saying that he has now just gotten in to the 3rd round for the first time but it has rarely (or never) been his fault so its not his fault for choking more than its the whole capitals.
