4:39 Bro if you just want straps for Deads and RDLs then you can go for "Figure 8" straps. With them, you can still hold the bar with bare hands and get the added grip.

Hi Saket, Big time admirer of your routine, discipline and ofcourse, physique. I shall continue asking the same question until you can shed some light on it. Should you be sore after every workout? As in, after working out for months or years, should you still get a little sore? I’m talking about the DOMS that hits after a day. If I don’t get sore, does that mean the muscle is not growing or I’m not training that muscle enough?

Yo get the Kobo straps they are mad reliable. Also if you want to go back to proper 5+plate deadlifting then I would recommend figure 8 straps.

Hi saket it will be very generous of you if you answer this question. I am an engineering student who spends most of my time in college during the day, and go straight to the gym after college cuz if I go home I'll get tired and won't feel like working out. my question is how can you make a diet if you were in my shoes (Considering you are a very studious person and don't put effort in tracking calories due to shortage of time)

I have been going to the gym for like last 1.5 months and when doing certain exercises like pushups, barbell bench press, pull ups and even lat pull downs sometimes my wirst hurts and gives up before the main muscle target, do you think I should use some wrist wraps or straps to aid me or its a natural thing and I will just ovecome it with time.

After that it'll overcome with time and you'll yourself notice that progressive overload will be easy with other exercises.

bro first and for all remove the shit from your mind that it's all about genetics, there are very rare cases in which people have weak calves genetically . do sitting or standing calf raises and yeah runnig, even simple walking build calves too.

Increase progressively every week. Example : Machine Chest Press Week 1 - Weight : 25, Sets : 4, Reps : 8 Week 2 - Weight : 25, Sets : 4, Reps : 10 Week 3 - Weight : 25, Sets : 4, Reps : 12 Week 4 - Weight : 30, Sets : 4, Reps : 8 Week 5 - Weight : 30, Sets : 4, Reps : 10 Week 6 - Weight : 30, Sets : 4, Reps : 12 The following week, increase the weight by 5. Carry on like this.

SAKET I SEE THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR TRAPS AND I USED TO HAVE A SIMILIAR ISSUE WHAT YOU CAN DO IS EVERY MORNING AFTER WAKING UP YOU SHOULD DO STRETCHES FOR YOUR SPECIFIC TRAP RESPECTIVELY. STRETCHING FOR A FEW DAYS CAN RELIEVE AND HELP IT ALOT:) HOPE IT HELPS 🙏😃

My question for you is I'm 6'1 and I have realised that it has been really hard for me to see quiet a bit of progress in terms of body building. Due to my long structure the muscle mass doesn't show. But I am definitely making gains. So do you think I should include power lifting movements along my body building routine to maximize gains or just stick to body building and progressively overload? And what split do I follow? Hope you answer my question. Thanks 😊

It’s not necessary to do powerlifting movements for muscle growth. Powerlifting is mostly for gaining strength. Just focus on a few compounds and a few isolation exercises for example. Let’s saying your hitting chest you can do: Flat Dumbbell bench/Barbell Bench press, incline dumbell bench press/ inc. smith machine press, some type of mid range flies
