I remember when I was arrested for killing my mothers husband, I thought they had me for sure! Luckily most the evidence was confused as confetti while they officers celebrated my arrest. All in all I had a good time at the party, and I was disappointed to have to leave and go back to school

Maybe it wasn’t murder. Maybe it was only manslaughter. I think your son ate the last radish and when your husband found out, he died immediately.

Oh, what a relief! I remember that time I was the main suspect in my mother-in-law's mysterious disappearance, but there simply wasn't enough evidence to prove I had any connection whatsoever to the case. At the present, I feed scorpions to war prisoners at an undisclosed location while the statute of limitations slowly runs out. Isn't life funny that way? How's Aunt Carol?
@shadows_star5 жыл бұрын
Stature of limitations for what? If they had no evidence then you wouldn't be in trouble. Also Murder has no stature of limitations as a FYI. Overall i give your joke a 6/10. Most of the points come from the creativity.
@himi65365 жыл бұрын
@@shadows_star They have to have a body to convict you of murder. They can still arrest you for being the likely cause of someone's disappearance if they can prove it...and there would absolutely be a statute of limitations on that. Even if they don't have enough evidence, why be somewhere they could easily bring you back in for questioning and possibly get you to release evidence?
@shadows_star5 жыл бұрын
@@himi6536 They absolutely don't need a body if there is sufficient evidence elsewhere in the case, maybe back in the day before forensic evidence you absolutely had to have one. There's plenty of cases that happen where the body is found as a plea deal or some other telling. If they have a crime scene where there's more than enough blood for it to be lethal, and they pace you at the crime, they can totally try you for it. There is also not a stature of limitation on anything regarding homicide.
@himi65365 жыл бұрын
@@shadows_star No. You're wrong. They cannot convict you of murder unless they can prove the person was murdered. People have the right to disappear in the United States and they would have to prove that isn't the case.
@himi65365 жыл бұрын
@@shadows_star Thusly, it cannot be homicide...because they cannot prove the person is dead.

I really like this music, what song is this? Also, does this mean your son can also not be convicted if new evidence pops up, I promised him to keep his bag in my closet but a rotten smell is now pouring out and I'm pretty sure I saw a maggot, if he can't be convicted anymore I can just stuff it in the public trash bin right?
