Another great calming mobility/stretch workout especially after the madness of Tabata Tuesday. I’ve got a Pilates band so I used that instead of my sweaty towel! Spending time on each stretch was perfect too

I couldn't do this right after this morning's workout, but it still felt great later in the day. I did a lot of cardio Sunday and Monday, so these stretches were a perfect way to stretch my body out.

This was a wonderful stretch especially after shoveling! Nice to always take the time to reset. Loved the floor leg stretches using the towel. I can endorse that the official cdorner towel is perfect as a stretching aid, as well as wiping sweat! Accept no imitations. 😂 Thank you Chris!!❤❤

Chris this might sound weird, but maybe it would help Lou…my friend’s dog has a chronic leg issue that hasn’t responded to other treatment. She started him on doggy acupuncture and after just 2 sessions he’s doing much better! That’s in Tallahassee FL, but there’s got to be one near you. As for the stretch, just what the doctor ordered, literally. You can’t go wrong with Chris’ stretch and mobility routines! That’s Chris!

This one is definitely a class I will repeat! The emphasis on the lower body and the stretches with the strap/towel are my favorite! So helpful after long hikes or runs- or a great kickboxing class :)
