Great video as always. Funny story - I was in Greece last week and got chatting to Matt Wells. I spoke to him for about 45 minutes and he was so kind and generous with his time. And the funny thing was- I asked him if he knew who the new assistant coach was going to be! He smiled and said he did know but couldn't say. And just finally I did name drop yourself Ali and he smiled at your name. I don't know what that means but I'm sure it's a positive thing 😊. No one else I've told seems that bothered but I thought it was very cool!

Hi Ali. Love the videos, they’re my go Spurs content. I’m also a Central Coast Mariners season ticket holder, and I’m very happy that Monty and Serg are in the coaching staff. While there are many traits that will help them as future managers, the key one that will help Spurs is their player development. They turned multiple players into Australia national team players and developed a club that were sitting last for multiple seasons into championship winners. If you want to look more into them, I recommend the A-League All Access series on KZbin, in particular the final three videos of the first series

Hi Ali,i live in Perth and follow the A league, Montgomery took a central coast mariners team who were tipped to finish down the bottom and finished top and won the grand final, central coast had several young Aussie players who after that season moved abroad, had only broke into the first team that season, he also resurrected the career of Jason Cummings who signed from Scotland and nobody would touch, he’s rated very very highly in Australia. Hi Ali - - - An observation for you, please stay with me: For Father's Day my son bought me the Spurs publication "61", I am so happy, because I have been supporting our Glorious Boys since 1958 when I was 8 years old and was privileged to watch them first hand at the old "Lane" back in the day. OK, I'm now at the point of my comment - I read the section about Bill Nick, and of course, I knew quite a lot about him anyway, but here is the thing, and it's about Bill's philosophy towards the game. I can see similarities between his thinking and Ange, yes, a tall order, but if you take the time to look back on Bill NIck's view, you might just come up with the same conclusions as me - and they are that Ange wants to play in the same way as Bill. End of sermon.

Love your work Ali. I wouldn’t say Nick Montgomery is old at 41. He was a great midfield player for the Mariners and which only finished a few years back. He then went in to the coaching side and was brilliant. I’ve met him a couple of times and he’s a great bloke. Central Coast Mariners are my local club. I hope he does well with us at Spurs.

Very interesting. Especially the multi-segment training sessions. On first glance it would seem to be a very disjointed method but on second look it would seem to mimic the changing state of a match pretty well. I guess it would instil in the players a sense of being effectively able to read the changing situation over 90mins.

Dorrington, Phillips, Vuskovic; who gets that 5th 1st team Men's spot for European games? Has Moore usurped Santiago for that Left Winger spot? Is Veliz not in contention for 1st team football at Spurs next season, and how does Lo Celso's departure affect his progression? Could go through loads of the youth players but feel like these answers would really inform the clubs transfer policy for targets too
