Firstly THANK YOU, your workout videos literally saved my spine and made me have the time for myself. Can you please do some 45 min video for someone who can do the exercises 2/3 times a week ?? ❤

I love your videos so much, thank you! And my baby usually loves watching me as well :) I'm already 7 months postpartum, but I still enjoy your videos so much, so I keep going with them :)

Girl, I was also thinking it will be 6 weeks for me, my baby is 5,5 months old and I started to exercise about one month ago 😂 I couldn't do it without pain and I had physiotherapy, even though I didn't have any issues during labor. I hope you will be feeling great, but please be careful and rest enough, go to physio first and check if you're fully healed ❤

This is safe after a C-section after you’ve been cleared for postpartum exercise (usually 6 to 8 weeks after a C-section) 💞
