Just reached 1 year postpartum after an induction to emergency c-section with my third. I’ve been doing your workouts all along (during pregnancy and after, with a break for recovery). Over the past year I’ve lost all the baby weight and then some, am in the best shape I’ve ever been in, all while exclusively breastfeeding (still going strong!) and healing from major abdominal surgery (c-section). Thank you for providing a variety of effective workouts to help along this journey!

Got my nursing pads to shift all over the place! Seriously, you are a wonder and a joy. I’m going to bed feeling GOOD in my body. Pregnancy, birth, postpartum totally changed my understanding of my body - a challenge and a gift. I lost things I thought were innate, hello postpartum = rehabilitation. But I also have gained so so much. There have been so many times I’ve felt deep gratitude for all you do, ever since I stumbled upon your videos. Thank you, I am not postpartum anymore, my baby is 2 years old, but I only have 20-30 min to workout and I am not in very good shape, because I am a single mother. But I still love your workouts and when I have some me time I always start with one of them !

Followed your workouts throughout my pregnancy, with some modifications, since I had pelvic girdle pain. Loved them because you are so calm and had an energy I felt fit well during my pregnancy. I kept my weight stable - I think I only have to lose about 5 lbs post-partum.... and managed to close my small diastasis! I had a small diastasis during the last pregnancy, and it was still there before my last pregnancy, but as soon as I had given birth, I felt my stomach, and there was NO diastasis! :D I'm 3 weeks postpartum today, feel great (have been exercising for 1.5 weeks), looked great already less than a week after pregnancy, and feel well :) Thank you for the motivation :D

1 year postpartum yesterday with my second child and I’m working hard to rebrand myself and figure out who I am. I’m a career changer, stay-at-home parent and really trying hard to work everything into my schedule. At this moment in time I’m working on really trying to lose the rest of the baby weight.

I love your workouts - but today commercial breaks interrupted several times, even during an exercise. I did your workouts during pregnancy as well and the commercial break was placed very thoughtful during water break. Did you change the settings for ads? Keep up your good work and thanks for your videos!

While i loved this workout, my sincere request is to keep 20min workouts under 22mins atleast. That's the magic number beyond which it becomes tough to accomodate time
